During our "exploring expeditions" deep in Canadian forest we often find interesting items.
We have a decent amount of harvested mushrooms available for sale.

Usually we have fresh chanterelles for sale in August and in September.
Price is $10 for a pound (lbs).
They are very delicious, we will share with you some recipes.
By demand we can supply them in big quantities. Restaurants are welcome. Please contact per e-mail.
Price is $10 for one ounce (30 gramms). This equals to a pound of fresh chanterelles.
Dried chanterelles can be grinded in a coffee grinder and then added to souces, the taste is unbelievable.
They can also be re-hydrated and then added to other dishes.
Dried King Bolete.
Price is $10 for one ounce (30 gramms).
Rehydrated King Bolete will make an unbelievably delicious meal and can be added just anywhere - sauce, soup, etc.
Dried Pine Mushroom, also called Matsutake.
Price is $10 for 50 gramms.
Dried Matsutake (Pine Mushrooms) can be rehydrated and then added to any rice dish, etc.
When dried they partially lose their amazing flavor and taste, but on the other hand the taste is not so intense anymore, and this makes a nice addition to your meal.
Price for one 500 gramm jar is $10, a 750 gramm jar costs $15.
They are pickled and marinated, and they taste heavenly, so treat yourself with a dish you will find nowhere else.
