We have 2 beautiful log cabins for rent. Each cabin is actually a chalet, with a nice view and with stunning sunsets.

The first cabin is called the "Elk cabin".
There is enough room for 3 or 4 people (2 queen size beds). This cabin has a wood heated stove, propane cooking stove, electric water heater, fridge, shower, and toilet. Please see the video for more details:

Located at Little Bear Lake, 104 km from Smeaton when you take the Hanson Lake Road. Located directly on the Highway; no gravel roads to take when accessing this little paradise. No truck needed! Save gas and use your sedan or mini van. Our place is called "Siberian Outfitters", not because it is in Siberia, but because it is run by Siberian people, who are a very special kind of people.
"Siberian Outfitters" is located on the border with Narrow Hills Provincial Park. No need to tell you that this is the best area in entire Northern Saskatchewan for fishing, sledding, or quadding. Good hunting, too. Boat, paddles, canoe, PFD (Life vests), fishing hut, and much more can be provided free of charge. The place is quiet and peaceful; crisp air, clear skies with lots of stars and often with northern lights. We provide a fire pit, picnic table, and chairs to relax around the fire. There is a well between the cabins, with excellent water. Our visitors can make use of the boat or canoe, they come with paddles, and with an anchor.
Bedding and towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need - just bring your food along with you.
No smoking inside the cabin. Pets are allowed, but not inside the cabin. They must stay outside (in the dog run/kennel). For cold nights, we have a warm light inside the large dog house in the kennel, and a carpet on the floor. We love animals and we understand their needs. Bring your dog with you.
Important: The builder of the cabin valued his work so much that, during the last 14 years, not a single person (stranger) was allowed to stay in the cabin. This are our first attempts to rent out the cabin to see how it will go. We will require more information from the renter before we can approve the booking. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated. Basically this is neither a hotel, nor a motel. There is no room service and there will be no maid around, so it is expected that people keep this little paradise tidy and always clean up after themselves. Taking off their shoes before entering the cabin is just another example of Siberian culture.
We are always interested in long term renters, eg. for a month or for the entire season or even for a year. We are especially looking for mature and serious people, who will treat the cabin as we did - with respect.
If seriously interested, please get in touch with us. We will gladly answer any questions.

The second cabin is called "Bear cabin", and it is slightly different. This cabin has a wood heated stove and a separated bedroom. Please see the video for more details:

Prices: minimum booking is for 2 nights for 2 people, $125 per night, $250 for the weekend. Each additional person please add $25. Maximum 4 people per cabin. We would like to ask you to pay $100 as damage deposit, you will get the money back when leaving, after the inspection of the cabin. Questions? Extra wishes?
